Before you begin.
Does the calculator produce a fixed quotation?
No. It provides an order of magnitude based on cost-per-square-metre ranges. The final price depends on the survey, specification, quantities, access, material choices and any required permits.
What is excluded?
Unless stated otherwise, land, financing, taxes, professional fees, surveys, permits, special connections and unforeseen work are excluded. VAT is shown separately in the calculator.
Is a permit required for renovation in Geneva?
It depends on the work, the building and its legal status. Changes to layouts, structures, façades or technical systems may require approval. Each project must be checked individually.
Do you work outside Geneva?
The planned service area covers Geneva and Vaud. Projects elsewhere in Western Switzerland may be reviewed depending on scope.
